Question 1

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Build and preview 1 site free on a Zortal address, with no credit card. Upgrade a site to Pro when you want it live on your own domain.

Question 2

What does Pro add?

Accepted Answer

Your own domain — connect one you have or buy one here — with SSL, publishing you can roll back, more media storage and priority support. The AI builder, editing, blog, forms and visitor chat are already in Free.

Question 3

Do I pay per site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You pay once a year for each site you upgrade to Pro. Sites on the Free plan cost nothing.

Question 4

Will the price go up when I renew?

Accepted Answer

Pro renews each year at $49 / year (₹1,499 / year in India), the price on the card above. If we ever change our prices, a new price applies only from your next renewal after we tell you, never to a period you’ve already paid for.

Question 5

Are taxes included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The price you see at checkout includes taxes and is what you pay.

Question 6

Can I use my own domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes — with Pro on that site ($49 / year (₹1,499 / year in India)). Connect a domain you already own or buy one in Zortal. SSL is included. Preview stays free on your Zortal URL.

Question 7

How does this compare to other website builders?

Accepted Answer

Zortal has one paid plan, Pro, billed per site, per year, with taxes included. See how that compares with Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and others on our comparison pages.

Question 8

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time from your billing page. Pro stays active until the end of the year you’ve paid for. If you’re not happy, email us and ask for a refund; we look at each request individually. Domain registration fees can’t be refunded once a domain is registered.

Pricing that fits what you’re building.
