We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request account deletion.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@zortal.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Zortal account.
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, avatar)
- All sites you own and their data
- Your sites’ pages, blog posts, and AI chat history
- Uploaded files and documents
- Form submissions and website chat conversations
- Domains, hosting, and billing account records
- Push notification device tokens
- Authentication sessions
What may be retained
- Payment and billing records — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Data required for legal compliance or dispute resolution
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
Important notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Every site you own is deleted with your account, including its published pages and custom domain connection
- If you edit someone else's site, only your account is removed — their site stays with them
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled with no further charges
